Hotel Marea Neagra - Sinaia

All fine, but parking problem

Location very close to an amazing restaurant named '' Forest '', the hill and the main attractions. Also, in a great area.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, fab food, exceptionally good views. Location: the hotel was next to monastery, the Telegondola, and the hill. Plus, it was 10 minutes' walk to a lavish summer palace. No complaints, this was a comfortable stay on my holidays.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff's attitude. Upon arrival, they seemed rushed and unfriendly. The breakfast was unappetizing, leaving us to skip it altogether. And to top it off, the heating in our room was inconsistent.

Right next to the gondola. The room was spacious and warm, perfect after a long day on the slopes. The cleanliness could be improved. We found dust and hair that was let unaddressed initially.

The ski area offered a good variety of slopes. I spent one morning exploring the trails and found the natural beauty to be quite calming. It felt good to get some physical activity in the fresh mountain air. The gondola was accessible, made getting to the slopes straightforward. It was convenient for a winter getaway as I am always looking for new adventures to have.

I did notice some issues with the staff's approach to guests. There was a feeling that they could have been more cute, which dampened the experience slightly.

The breakfast options catered well to vegetarians, with delicious choices. The restaurant served quality meals and the mountain view from my room was fine. The large room featured new furniture and ample space for my family.

The service from some staff members felt less attentive than expected.

The culinary adventure at Marea Neagra was a delight! The breakfast spread was a vegetarian's dream with great options, and the hotel restaurant offered irresistible local dishes. Plus, the location is prime, just a hop away from Peleș Castle and the Telegondola-can't beat those mountain views!

The experience was slightly dampened by the rude waitress during meals and the occasional unpleasant bathroom smell.

It was just a fine choice for a rapid stop in Sinaia with good price-value balance. The room I stayed in had a lovely mountain view which was a nice surprise. If you have luggage, request a lower floor room to avoid the stairs.

Totally recommend for a quick trip

Spacious room, clean bathroom, with a large double bed that comfortably accommodated our family, along with convenient amenities like free parking and 24-hour reception.

The mountain views from our double room were fine. The staff were super accommodating, especially the restaurant supervisor who went out of her way to prepare a delicious vegan breakfast for us.

The location was ideal, with the gondola and Peles Castle nearby. The hotel had ample parking, convenient. The rooms were newly refreshed and the breakfast was delicious. The lounge area was cozy and inviting. The view from my room was fine, overlooking the mountains. The fast Wi-Fi and fridge in the room were also great perks. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Sinaia.
